Commentaire : its my second time in alexandra,i do love the location and the friendly staff...it was a bit difficult to fall asleep as my window faced the central street and right opposite my window there were some metal pieces on the road that made loud noise when cars drove over them.the room..tnx to advice of gianrico-a receptionist who e-mailed me lots of time answering all questions of mine,was a single double use...its small but not tiny...the cleaning was excellent.the breakfast spoilt in comparisson with the last year...anyway-i wasnt hungry till the lunch time.i had some problems with my wi-fi connection and...lots of people working there helped me to solve it..by the way-wi-fi worked well even in my room...the crisis is obvious -last year there were lots of baci perugini in the launge room...this year-nothing..though the price is absolutely the same...anyway-i really enjoy this hotel and am absolutely sure there are no serious disadvantages there

Commentaire : Abbiamo trovato un Hotel organizzato e considerato che abbiam vissuto 4 giorni camminando per Roma non abbiam dato peso alla poca simpatia del personale. Colazioni abbondante per le nostre abitudini e camera sempre in ordine e pulitissima.
Una bed french che si è dimostrata capiente per 2 come non pensavamo lo potesse essere.

Commentaire : Everyone was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had restaurants, shopping, and public transportation virtually at our front door. When we had a problem with the door latch on our room, they had it fixed very quickly. They also had great recommendations for restaurants and we even received 15% off our bill at the attached Alex Restaurant. This was a wonderful find! Location! Location! Location!

Commentaire : We had a fantastic holiday in Rome ,our only problem was the excessive noise from street outside .There was a manhole on the road ,every time a vehicle went over it it created a disturbing noise ,it is a very busy street ,apart from that we were very happy indeed with the Hotel.

Commentaire : The location of this hotel is fantastic and is the main reason we picked this hotel for our honeymoon in room. Room size vs. cost is pretty typical of European hotels and breakfast was about standard. Hotel staff varied. Some were very friendly while others were gruff and stand-offish. Overall, it you want a good hotel location, this is your hotel. Otherwise, keep looking.

Commentaire : Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The cost per night however, is way too expensive! We stayed in Room 606 and were woke every morning from 4am until about 6am with the noise of doors banging and people walking around! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it was too noisy & way too pricey for the accommodation.

Commentaire : Even though our room was located at the front of the hotel on the busy Via Veneto, the sounds from the street were almost nonexistent when the windows were closed. Our room was moderate in size, but certainly sufficient. Beautiful hardwood floors, mirrored closets and the tasteful decor was much appreciated.
Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast always included fresh fruit, cereal,scrambled eggs, yogurt, pastries and a frothy cappucino, if requested. I'd gladly stay here again. The hotel is conveniently located with a metro stop almost right at the door. It is walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna. The Hop on/off tour bus stop is right around the corner. Wonderful restaurants are located right outside the hotel. Thanks for a great stay !

Commentaire : Cet hotel est particulièrement bien situé, près des arrêts autobus et métro. De plus, il n'y a pas de bruit le soir (bonne insonorisation, ou pas de circulation ?). Je suis très satisfaite.

Commentaire : L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de la piazza di spagna (avec nombreux restaurants) et juste à côté du métro. Excellent petit déjeuner et bonaccueil. Très propre. Toutefois, la via Veneto où il se situe est très fréquentée et bruyante. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte si la chambre donne sur le devant. Le prixde la chambre me semble excessif (170 EUR/nuit pour2 personnes)vu la grandeur de celle-ci.

Commentaire : Nous n'avons pas fait d'autres hôtels à Rome. Cependant, en comparaison à d'autres villes, le rapport qualité/prix est moyen. Au vu de la somme versée, l'on peut s'attendre à plus. Cependant, tout à Rome est très cher

Commentaire : Ne pas choisir une "French Double" car vous avez droit à une PETITE CHAmBRE donnant dans une cour sur les dessus d la cuisine (chambre 223) . Rien à voir avec les photos de l'hôtel.
C'est la réponse que j'ai eu à la rception, il faut choisir au moins une "STANDARD"
